Northern Ireland: Products in your basket under 25kg or 4000mm in size will be delivered at a cost of £7.99.
Channel Islands: Products in your basket under 25kg or 4000mm in size will be delivered at a cost of £7.99.
Oversized Product: an 'oversized' product is one that weighs over 25kg or measures more than 4000mm in size. Each oversized product in your basket will be charged at either £14.99 or £19.99 per delivery, depending on the exact size and weight.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you can return the product to us within 14 days, in its original packaging, following the instructions listed on your customer delivery note, and we will process a refund for non faulty products, or a refund or exchange for faulty products. Please note all returns are subject to testing upon receipt.

Please note, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot accept the return of items that have been opened or used, e.g. pierced jewellery, cosmetics, CD's, DVD's, tapes or other recording media, software or videos if their seal is broken. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Where possible we will attempt to provide an exchange, however, as often we only have a limited quantity of products this may not always be possible. In this instance a refund will be processed.

Refunds and exchanges will usually be processed within 14 days of our warehouse receiving the returned goods. Any refund of the delivery charge will be for the amount of the delivery change allocated to the individual item returned as shown on your delivery note.
